These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept only Paypal payments online. Bank transfer payments are available on request.
Orders will only be dispatched where full payment has been received.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the website, contact us and we shall correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.
Delivery information
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Upon receipt of your order, we aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. Please note that most items are made to order; for these we will need up to 10 working days to process. We determine our shipping & packaging prices based on weight and packaging materials required for the item. All parcels are secured and tracked, you will receive tracking information upon product dispatch.
Estimated arrival times are:
- Europe: 5-10 days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 days
Tax charges
Prices shown within our website are shown in EUR and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT at the current rate will be applied to the order at the time of checkout. Countries outside of the EU will be exempt of VAT.
For international consignments the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes and customs clearances, these charges are not included in the cost of the goods or delivery prices.
Guarantee, cancelling and returning unwanted items
DCBE strives to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are for any reason not fully satisfied with your goods, please return them to us within 30 days of your invoice date. Upon receipt of the item, we will conduct our checks and providing the goods are in the same condition we will offer you an exchange or refund you in full for the item(s). Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping costs.
Should you need to cancel or return an item that is unwanted due to incorrect ordering or incorrect identification then we are happy to take the item back, contact must be made to us within 7 working days of delivery. Returns cannot be accepted for personalized goods. Refunds will be paid within 30 days. It is the responsibility of the customer for the costs of returning the item and is responsible for the risk of any damage or loss when returning.
Should you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 working days and return the item to our returns address. We will then offer the choice of a replacement item or a refund. Shipping costs of returning the faulty or wrong item to us will be reimbursed; return shipping costs over 10EUR please contact us before sending.
Refunds policy
All items returned to us will be checked and tested upon receipt as standard procedure, upon confirmation the item is the same item originally sent we will then offer you with the choice of replacement part or a refund on the item.
It is the responsibility of the customer for the costs of returning the item and is responsible for the risk of any damage or loss when returning.
Refunds will be issued against the original invoice less the shipping and packaging costs. Refunds are not applicable for faulty and wrong items.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days and will only be issued to the same payment method originally used.

Information we collect
We will collect personal data on this Website only if it is directly provided to us by you the user, e.g. your e-mail address, name, home or work address and telephone number, and therefore has been provided by you with your consent. Normally you will only provide such details if you are making a purchase from us.
We also use analytical and statistical tools that monitor details of your visits to our website and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data (but this data will not identify you personally).
Use of your information
We may hold and process personal data that you provide to us in accordance with the DPA and GDPR.
The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you, and to meet our contractual commitments to you. In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:
- To notify you about any changes to our website, such as improvements or service/product changes, that may affect our service;
- If you are an existing customer, we may contact you with information about goods and services similar to those that were the subject of a previous sale to you;
- Where you have consented to receive such information, to provide information on other parties’ products or services that we feel may be of interest to you;
- Where you have consented to receive our e-newsletters, from time to time to provide that to you.
In order to provide a full functionality of our site we may need to share some information with third party vendors, for example payment details that you provide to us are sent securely to a payment gateway/processor for the explicit purpose of authenticating and finalizing any payment. Information such as your name, billing address, email address, phone number and credit card details are required as part of validation and security checks against fraud. We do not store your card details and neither does the payment processor.
We also share some details with our shipping provider for the explicit purpose of shipping your items to you. For example, your name, shipping address, contact telephone number and delivery instructions (if provided) along with package weight and where necessary information on the contents of the package if required by any customs or border control agencies.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your information to regulatory bodies to enable us to comply with the law and to assist fraud protection and minimize credit risk.
Where you have consented for us to do so, we may provide your data to selected third parties who may contact you about their goods or services that you may be interested in.
If you do not want us to use your data for our or third parties’ use, you will have the opportunity to withhold your consent to this when you provide your details to us on the form on which we collect your data, or you can do so by writing to us at the address detailed in clause 2, or sending us an email to dcbegr@gmail.com at any time.
Please be advised that we do not reveal information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers but we may, on occasion, provide them with aggregate statistical information about our visitors.

However any such transfer will only be on terms that the confidentiality of your personal data is protected and that the terms of this privacy policy will continue to be complied with by the recipient.
Otherwise, we will process, disclose or share your personal data only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal requirements or legal process served on us.
