Door Bushings

Door bushings are bolted in the door frame and fit in a steel stamped cup bolted on the door itself. When the door closes, the cup slides over the busing, providing all vertical support, while the lateral support is ensured by the door latch.

The OEM door bushings are made from rubber, which deflects and allows your doors to rattle when driving over potholes (particularly in NA and NB models).

Our upgraded door bushings offer a much larger contact area, resulting in better door support. An innovative, multi-material design was created, consisting of an inner rigid “skeleton” and an outer PU rubber “skin” overmolding.

This unique combination means no more rattles due to the rigid inner part,  but also an OEM-like door closing effort due to the rubber skin.

Supplied as a set of two, and include all necessary stainless steel mounting hardware.
