Inspired by Mazda’s homonym philosophy, DCBE’s auto parts shop consists of car parts which are designed by us, for your Miata MX5. Our goal is simple; make the driving experience more personal and enjoyable. We began making custom parts for the Mazda roadster family of cars, such as the Miata MX5 NA, the Miata MX5 NB, the Miata MX5 NC, and the Miata MX5 ND, on January 2018. Slowly, we’re expanding to other companies and models, such as the Porsche Carrera 911. It all starts from an idea, and consequently the design of the prototype in a 3D environment. At this stage, technologies such as 3D scanning and manufacturing of prototypes on 3D printers are utilized to ensure a perfect fit. This is followed by the test application, where prototypes of the products are thoroughly tested in laboratory and real-life conditions to ensure durability and proper functioning. After testing, the final product is manufactured, using the appropriate materials and production technologies according to the field of application. At this stage, cutting-edge technologies are used, such as additive manufacturing on advanced materials, laser cutting, molding of special resins in silicone molds, etc. In addition, we offer options such as adding specific features, flexibility in measurements/materials, powder coated finishing, color options, etc.
